This scene used to be in my bedroom…a bit of nature indoors…complete with pond and rocks…and flowing water….but I later move it to the main-floor…(and what did I do with the vacant space? Lol…I plunk my writing desk in this very spot…and now I do medidation of a whole different kind….and frankly I enjoy my writing meditation a whole lot more…)
Hello Dear Poet, Philosopher, Writer…Wannabe, (as so many of us are) … I noticed in this mediation picture of you, you have one palm facing up and one palm faces down … is this intentional or by accident … and if intentional what does it provide? Peace :)
Lol, this pic shows I suck at meditation. Not sure why I have one palm facing up and the other down…(perhaps I got tired and one hand flipped??? ha ha) but I’ll check with my daughter…the little peep squeak (she’s now 13) was teaching me the proper how-to’s on this buddha pose and also about finger mudras….I think….hmm….something about 5 fingers = the five elements……….fire, water, air, earth, etc. and stuff about the thumb and one finger should stay connect so that no energy escapes. lol. The rest is a blank.
So if you know anything about this kind of stuff, feel free to enlighten me.
